Connect Anaemate to Your Google Calendar

Follow the steps below to connect your Anaemate calendar to Google Calendar on your iPhone or Android device.

Make sure you have:

• The latest version of the Anaemate app

• The email address and password for the Google account you want to connect

• A few minutes to complete the connection

1. Open the Anaemate app.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Calendar Integrations.

1. Find Google.

2. Select Connect.

3. When asked to continue to Google’s sign-in page, select Continue.

1. Enter the email address for the Google account you want to connect.

2. Select Next.

If your Google account is already displayed, select the account you want to connect.

3. Enter your Google account password.

4. Select Next.

1. Review the Google account access information.

2. Select Continue.

3. Select Select all to allow calendar access.

4. Select Continue.

1. Select the date from which you want your Anaemate events to start syncing.

2. Select Confirm.

Only events occurring on or after the selected date will be synced.

1. Wait while Anaemate starts the calendar sync. This may take a few minutes.

2. Check that Google shows as Connected in Calendar Integrations.

3. Open Google Calendar, or the calendar app linked to the same Google account, and confirm that an Anaemate event appears.

Calendar updates only flow one way:

• Changes made in Anaemate will appear in your connected Google Calendar.

• Changes made directly in Google Calendar will not update Anaemate.

• Always make changes to encounters in Anaemate.

For privacy, patient names and patient details are not displayed in your connected calendar. Open Anaemate to view the complete encounter information.
